Happy weekend babes! If you’ve been following along on socials you know that I have made a movement these past few months to start exercising, eating right, and just making better choices for myself. Being a working mom I had every excuse in the world to not put myself first. Work. Two little boys. A house
and laundry to keep up with. Social life. I just wasn’t exactly where I wanted to be… forcing my jeans to go on, changing tops 1000 times to get one that fit correctly, not feeling puffy. (sound familiar?)
I was wondering how could I possibly fit eating healthy and exercising into my life.
I needed this to fit into my life vs adding on another thing.
Luckily, the internet is a magical place and you can find your people. I found Kellar – I think of her as my fit bestie (not sure if she feels the same ha)! Kellar and Jamie are the brains, chefs, and fitness gurus behind Clean Kitchen. Clean Kitchen has a few components; a cookbook , a seasonal 12 week challenge, and Versus Gym.
