Here we are at the start of a new year and its the perfect time to make BIG plans- like figuring out how to start WHOLE 30! The best way to hold yourself accountable for anything is to write down your goals and track your progress! So I’m writing them down here (hold me accountable ladies) my personal goals both big and small.
Get in shape: I know I know this is on everyones list, but outside of wanting a glimpse of abs I feel so much better when I eat right, chug water and have some kind of physical activity! I have convinced my hubs to do the Whole 30- the end of this post will have all the deets on the research I have done so far and some good resources!
Skincare: Really focus on my skin and making it a priority, washing my face and putting on sunscreen daily is easy enough and will make such a difference.
Be a better person: It is so easy to get bogged down with life because we are constantly busy! My new goal is do something for someone else every week. This could be packing a care package for the homeless I pass on the way to work or donating clothes. Then talking about it with our kids.
Work harder : Outside of my blog life and mom life I have one of those dreaded day jobs – just kidding! I want to not only exceed my goals for this year BUT try to go above and beyond what is expected of me. I think that this can translate to everyones life in whatever you do.
Love life: My hubs and I have been married for 3 years in April, but having a 1 & 2 year old seems to put our relationship pretty low on the list so I want to keep up on the date nights and a little time away from the babes. Because he is the best hubs ever! insert all the love emojis for him
