Let’s face it, life is busy and it’s hard to find time to hit the gym AND eat healthy! Today I am sharing all of my favorite fitness related things! Also, I am not a fitness guru. You can still find me sneaking dino nuggets and wine for dinner some nights!

If you don’t have access to a gym, no worries- all of these workouts can be done at home. You just need a set of weights, resistant band, and jump rope. As for cardio, I love switching it up. Some days you may find me on the elliptical, walking on an incline, or running! I never do more than 30 minutes of cardio because weight training gives you the results you want to see!

Weights– squat squat squat. And keep squatting. Seriously though, no one wants a “mom butt!” I love these workouts and have done them for years. 

Resistant bands– these are seriously AMAZING! There are so many options and workouts with these bands. This one is by far my favorite workout and will get that booty burning!

Jump rope– I’ve always loved to jump rope because it’s a full body workout! Reminds me of my childhood years.

You can’t have an amazing workout without some good tunes. I am in love with these headphones and trust me, they’re worth every penny!

I also own this (size xs) in a few colors and love the tie back detail! These leggings are the best.  I have in black and grey and love how they’re high waist! The ones I am wearing are size small.  They do stretch a bit after several wears.  These sneakers are hands down my favorite!  So comfortable and I am really wanting to order another pair in a different color.
