Today I am sharing some of our favorite places to eat in the St. Louis area.  Whether you’re headed to a casual dinner with the family or a night out on the town, I’ve rounded up our favorite spots you must try!

Pastaria – By far my FAVORITE place to dine in STL.  The food is amazing and the atmosphere is even better.  They recently launched a family hour where kids eat for 50% off from 3:30-6 pm.  In addition, for the family hour, they offer specials on drinks and $10 pizzas!  They are apart of the NoWait app… BONUS!  Sign me up and even bring the kids along 🙂

Olive & Oak – This restaurant stays dear to my heart because of the story behind it!  Creative American classics and cocktails are featured at this restaurant.  The atmosphere is intimate with a warm ambiance.  I would suggest making a reservation because they are always booked bc it’s just that delicious!

Louie’s Wine Dive & Clayton Kitchen – Perfect for a place to go to grab a delicious glass of wine.  They create fresh, seasonal twists on traditional comfort foods paired with selective wines from around the world.  The atmosphere is fun for a night out with friends for drinks- pic below is @ Louie’s!

The Shack – Bloody Mary anyone?  If these are your thing then you need to RUN now!   The best breakfast place and so kid friendly.  We love bringing our kids here and they love their pancakes.  It’s always busy because their menu is that delicious.

Half & Half – The best breakfast, lunch, and brunch place there is.  There coffee is one of kind and if you like avocado toast… this place is for you!  If you like to sleep in and can’t make brunch, no worries because their lunch starts at 11 am and I PROMISE it won’t dissapoint.

360 Rooftop – This place is fun during the baseball season because its rooftop allows a 360 view of Busch Stadium.  A chic atmosphere with great food and signature cocktails.

Amigos – Hands down the best margs in town!  Amazing casual atmosphere and a fun outdoor patio!  It’s great authentic Mexican food and you seriously can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.

The Tavern – Perfect date night place.  They offer something for every palate form fresh fish to burger to vegetarian and even gluten free items.

Salt and Smoke – If you love BBQ this is your spot!  Casual and fun for the entire family. Hip, relaxed Texas-style BBQ joint with lots of bourbons, artisan cocktails & craft beer.

VindeSet – Perfect for a fancy date night!  Amazing views from the rooftop patio/bar.  Southern French a la carte with set-price menus in a warm bistro setting.

The Sweet Divine – The perfect place for dessert and coffee!  Their cupcakes are divine and they even have boozy coffee, wine and beer.  It’s located in the heart of Soulard.  The owners also own Gold Door Loft which is upstairs.  This loft is so dreamy and perfect for a weekend getaway or to host your next fun event!  Check them out… I promise it won’t disappoint!

These are just a few of my favorite local spots that have me coming back for more.  Where’s your favorite place to dine?
